Check in was quick and efficient. We had an apartment on the 7th floor and it was bright and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The views from the apartment are amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay here. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and having the washing machine and dryer was a huge bonus as it meant no washing to do when arriving back home. The pool area is great with table tennis, basketball, roof top cinema etc. also a nice relaxed vibe too, my 14 year old daughter loved it. The location is ideal to travel by Uber or car to all LA sights including Santa Monica, Hollywood hills, Universal and Warner Bros Studios etc. I would definitely return to Level apartments and highly recommend if you want a place to stay where it is not too touristy and you can blend in with the locals.

All staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much! The room cleaning is once per week. I would recommend including two cleanings per week for long bookers like us. Of course, you can book by yourself, but if travelers enjoy visiting the city and surroundings, we missed every day the booking. Not a problem but a remark.

The valet parking was good and being close to 110 was easy to get to where we needed in SoCal. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and having a living space makes it so much easier with a family. There are plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner spots nearby and a huge Whole Foods to get what you need for your stay. The kids enjoyed the big outdoor heated pool and the hot tub is huge! They also do rooftop movie nights which we didn't get a chance to do but looked amazing.
